The inspectors were incredibly thorough, taking the time to go through every system in the buildings — roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC — and explaining what they found in plain language instead of just handing us a report full of jargon. They walked us through each issue on-site, answered every question patiently, and never made us feel rushed even though the inspection ran long.
